This session introduces the latest Snap-on wireless diagnostic platform and shows how it can streamline your workflow while increasing productivity in the bay. The focus stays practical and relevant to the work technicians are doing every day.

You’ll walk through proven diagnostic processes that build confidence in both diagnosis and repair decisions, reduce misdiagnosis, and help prevent costly comebacks. The class also covers practical test procedures for tracking down intermittent issues, highlights companion tools that support accurate diagnostics, and points you toward ongoing training options to keep building your skill set over time.

This workshop is led by Tom Gebbie, a factory-trained instructor who brings real-world experience and clear, technician-focused instruction to the classroom.
