Description

We will get a walk through the Milwaukee story, from its origins to where the brand stands today, covering the user-focused strategy that drives their product development. The session will explore Milwaukee battery and motor technology, the cordless advantage, and the robust warranty programs behind both their power tools and mechanics hand tools. Attendees will also get a first look at new product knowledge to keep their shops ahead of the curve. 

The presentation from NAPA will give shop owners a practical overview of the automotive battery category, covering industry trends, the shift from Flooded to AGM, and what that means for your business. We'll look at the major suppliers, walk through battery registration, and give you the data to confidently handle customer sticker shock on AGM pricing. We'll also cover the TEV (Test Every Vehicle) approach and the tools to back it up, from hydrometers to conductance testers.
