Join MAACA for TOOLS 2027—the premier training event for automotive professionals in the Mid-Atlantic region. Taking place April 29–May 2, 2027, at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, Pennsylvania, this multi-day event brings together top instructors, hands-on learning, and the latest innovations in the automotive industry.

Registration Details:
Early registration is encouraged to secure your preferred classes and accommodations.
Registrations received after April 3, 2027, are not guaranteed an event t-shirt. Shirts will be distributed while supplies last.

Time

TOOLS 2027 runs from Thursday, April 29, 2027 at 1:00 PM through Sunday, May 2, 2027 at 11:30 AM at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA. The trade show opens Friday afternoon, April 30, followed by a reception Friday night. The trade show closes Saturday, May 1, after lunch. Plan your travel and hotel stay around these hours to attend the full event, from the opening session Thursday afternoon to the final session Sunday morning.

Book by Phone

Call 855-729-3108 and ask for the Mid-Atlantic Auto Care Alliance room block at the Hershey Lodge, April 29 – May 2, 2027. Phone reservations are available daily, 8 AM – 8 PM.

Rate & Deposit

  • $219/night + 11% tax
  • Hershey Lodge charges a one-night deposit, including tax, when you book.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will be charged one night's room and tax.


Pricing

Full Refund: Requests made on or before March 10, 2027, are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.


Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between March 11 and April 10, 2027, will receive a 50% refund.


No Refunds: After April 10, 2027, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. This includes illness, travel delays, or other personal circumstances.


Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your company at no additional cost. Please provide the new attendee's information by April 22, 2027.
