Full Refund:
Requests made on or before March 10, 2026, are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Partial Refund (50%):
Requests made between March 11–April 10, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds:
After April 10, 2026, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. This includes illness, travel delays, or other personal circumstances.
Transfer Option:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your company at no additional cost. Please provide the new attendee’s information by April 22, 2026.

Rate & Deposit
- $199/night + 11% tax
- A one-night deposit (including tax) is charged at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will be charged one night's room and tax.
