Rate & Deposit
Cut-Off Date: Friday, March 20, 2026 After this date, rooms and group rates are subject to availability — so book early!
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will be charged one night's room and tax.
Full Refund:Requests made on or before March 10, 2026, are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Partial Refund (50%):Requests made between March 11–April 10, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds:After April 10, 2026, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. This includes illness, travel delays, or other personal circumstances.
Transfer Option:If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your company at no additional cost. Please provide the new attendee’s information by April 22, 2026.
