Taking place April 29–May 3, 2026, at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, Pennsylvania, this multi-day event brings together top instructors, hands-on learning, and the latest innovations in the automotive industry.

Registration Details:
Early registration is encouraged to secure your preferred classes and accommodations.
Registrations received after April 10, 2026, are not guaranteed an event t-shirt. Shirts will be distributed while supplies last.

Phone Reservations:
Call 855-729-3108 and ask for the Mid-Atlantic Auto Care Alliance room block at the Hershey Lodge.
Reservations are open daily, 8 AM – 8 PM.

Rate: $199 per night + 11% tax
A one-night deposit (including tax) is charged at booking.

Cut-Off Date: Monday, March 2, 2026
After this date, rooms and group rates are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax.

Pricing

Full Refund:
Requests made on or before March 10, 2026, are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.

Partial Refund (50%):
Requests made between March 11–April 10, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.

No Refunds:
After April 10, 2026, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. This includes illness, travel delays, or other personal circumstances.

Transfer Option:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your company at no additional cost. Please provide the new attendee’s information by April 22, 2026.
