Attendee Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Requests made on or before October 1, 2026 will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
- Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between October 2–31, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refunds: After October 31, 2026, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. This includes illness, travel delays, or personal circumstances.
- Transfer Option: If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your company at no cost. Please send us the new attendee’s information by November 7, 2026.

The trade show opens Friday, November 13, from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with a trade show cocktail hour from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The trade show reopens Saturday, November 14, from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
