Please review the terms below: Attendee Refund Policy Full Refund: Requests made on or before October 1, 2025 will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between October 2–31, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. No Refunds: After October 31, 2025, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. This includes illness, travel delays, or other personal circumstances. Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your company at no additional cost.
